Outreach/Public Relations Committee

Committee is charged with continuing to reach out to neighborhood stakeholders utilizing any acceptable and Board approved forms of media.  Content of such distribution must be pre-approved by the Board of Directors.  Liaison with local media, including newspapers, magazines, radio, television, internet/world wide web sites and cable broadcasters with upcoming activities, news accomplishments and matters affecting the council. The Committee shall receive input from with the appointed DONE liaison.

Assistance Requested

The RNC Outreach/Public Relations Committee is looking for help in reporting and editorial work for the newsletter.  Can you design a new look and format for the 7,500 printed newsletters currently being distributed throughout our community, not to mention about 100 electronic copies?  Do you like to take pictures?  Do you have pictures of Reseda from long ago?  We would like to feature photos of Reseda in our updated website and our upcoming newsletters.  Come on board!  We can use your expertise and creativity.

In addition to Outreach, some of our other committees could use some help from the community.  Many worthwhile local projects are in the formative stages and your brainpower may be just the ingredient we need to make them happen faster and better. Contact us at rnc@resedacouncil.org.
