Neighborhood Watch View our current newsletter here: September 2010 Neighborhood Watch is a method of protecting our property from the criminals that commit crimes in our Community. The basic idea of Neighborhood Watch is to be familiar with your neighbors and their property and to watch out for your neighbors as well as their property. Criminals who enter your neighborhood look for easy items to steal. They can often be identified by watchful neighbors. Simply identifying those who are out of place can prevent them from committing crimes. Our Reseda Neighborhood Watch has monthly meetings at the West Valley Police Station in which crime that has occurred is discussed as well as the best ways to prevent it. Reseda has two Police Officers that are in charge of Neighborhood Watch in our community:
