		08/9/2011 - Our LAPD West Valley Station has put together a great event, free anti-bullying/cyber-bullying community meeting at Breamar Country club, in the main banquet room. The meeting was a success with over 200 teenager in attendance joining the discussion and concluded with every taking taking the anti bullying oath. View Album

		08/02/2011 - The West Valley Area Captains John Egan and Nick Zingo host the "28th Annual National Night Out Crime & Drug Prevention" event at the Randal D. Simmons Park . This years event focuses on "Emergency Preparedness." National Night Out ends with a free movie for the kids, Toy Story 3! Our LAPD West Valley Station has put together a great event. View Album

		5/14/2011 - Big Sunday: Senior Symposium. The Senior Symposium was held at the ONEGeneration Center. Seniors and their caregivers were invited to join and learn about services and programs that can make the journey through the Senior Years a better trip. Sponsored by Councilman Dennis P. 		5/14/2011 - Big Sunday: Magnolia School cleanup. The Magnolia Science Academy students were busy working on a paint job and cleaning up the rear parking lot. View Album

		5/7/2011 - Crebs Project 2nd weekend. This Saturday, May 7th from 8am-2pm the project to clean up & beautify along Crebs Ave that borders the Aliso Creek continue. This Saturday most of the weeds for the north section were chopped down and about half had mulch applied north of the Hart bridge. Sponsored by Councilman Dennis P. 		4/31/2011 - LA River Cleanup: Crebs Project. This Saturday, the project is to clean up & beautify along Crebs Ave that borders the Aliso Creek continue. 		12/07/2010 - CERT Training. Free CERT classes were held at American Legion Post 308, 7338 Canby Ave, Reseda every Thursday nights from 6pm to 10pm. Helping the Reseda community get valuable training before the next earthquake. Sponsored by the Reseda Neighborhood Council. View Album

		2010 Holidays - Donor Recognition of the Downtown Reseda Holiday Lighting supporters. October 2010 The Reseda Neighborhood Council and Revitalize Reseda kicked-off our first Community Holiday Decorations Project last week. It started with reaching out to the Reseda community to accomplish the Holiday Lights installation for the coming holiday season. The response has been exciting with many donations already being contributed by Reseda businesses and Reseda residents. Sponsored by Councilman Dennis P. 		11/20/2011 - Downtown Reseda Holiday are up. On October 2010 The Reseda Neighborhood Council and Revitalize Reseda kicked-off our first Community Holiday Decorations Project last week. 		11/13/2010 - Food Drive Drop Off: Holiday Light Project. Together, Reseda Neighborhood Council, Revitalize Reseda, Councilman Zine, and the community generosity, we are proud to announce a total collection of 4,100 lbs. (110 boxes) of non-perishable food and canned goods from the Reseda community. Along with 106 turkeys that was delivered to our local food pantry will truly help many Reseda families this holiday season. Sponsored by Councilman Dennis P. 		11/5/2010 and 11/6/2011- The Reseda NC Food Drive at Albertson: Holiday Light Project. The Reseda NC hosted an outreach booth at Albertson Market, 19307 Saticoy St., for the Reseda Holiday Food Drive. A total of 24 boxes of food were collected from shoppers. Awesome work! There is some great momentum in Reseda with many stakeholders excited to learn more about the community! 		08/03/2010 National night out at Reseda: sponsored by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TOWN WATCH, is a neighborhood crime and drug prevention event that occurs annually on the first Tuesday in August and is celebrated in every city, town and village in the US. In addition to increasing awarness of crime and drug prevention programs, NNO also strengthens neighborhood spirit and community-police partnerships, while sending a message to criminals that "neighborhoods are organized and fighting back against crime!"
