Here you will find the LA Planning Department’s Hearing Notification Report for Certified Neighborhood Councils. The purpose of this report is to provide Neighborhood Councils with the earliest possible information about hearing notificaiton for zoning changes that are been considered and may impact our neighborhood, even though not all applications are complete and some cases may eventually be withdrawn.
