| Here you
will find the LA Planning Department’s bi-weekly
Early Notification Report for Certified Neighborhood
Councils. The purpose of this report is to provide
Neighborhood Councils with the earliest possible
information about all applications for planning
entitlements that have been filed in your neighborhood,
even though not all applications are complete
and some cases may eventually be withdrawn. Included
in the report is contact information about the
applicant so your Neighborhood Council can obtain
more information about the project very early
in the process.
The information in the report
is sorted by Neighborhood Council. All construction
and reconstruction permits issued by the city
may be reviewed by the committee with public participation
and recommendations sent to the Planning Board
and the City Council Office in order that the
community has input to infrastructure changes
within the community.
If our Neighborhood Council is
not listed, no new applications for planning entitlements
were filed in your area during the past two weeks.
