09/10/2011 - On September 10, a first time ever FREE Mulch Giveaway was put on by the Reseda Neighborhood Council in the rear of Councilman Dennis Zine's Office.

Reseda NC Board Member Brandon Balderas dumped 7 ½ tons (15,000 Lbs.) of organic mulch in the parking lot behind Councilman Zines office.

People began showing up just before the 7:00 AM start time with containers of all shapes and sizes. Before noon, the 7 ½ tons of mulch was gone
